The European Association of Women Band Conductors is a young and unique association that aims to serve the female band world, developing and promoting the professional female band conductor in Europe in the fields of musical culture, communication and art in general.

It is a neutral space where the artists can strengthen their leadership aptitude naturally without being distracted from their aims and also acquire managerial competence;

A new and creative way to refer to an association for the “music of artcraft”, the association being the active and proactive subject for the development and growth of its associates, both on a technical-professional and personal level.

In our projects we will examine the technical aspects of music, by studying each individuals’ growth and personality, developing and strengthening self-awareness, their musical aptitudes and communication supporting leadership.
